Here at Melolivia Flowers, Chair covers and Décor we take your privacy very seriously.   We will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.

We will not contact you, with the information provided, about any other services/products unless you specifically request it.

We will not pass on any of your personal information to any other party.

We would only ask you for your bank details to re-fund a security deposit

We will only ask for your address to enable delivery of our products/services.

All sensitive information, such as bank details or your address will be deleted/destroyed as soon as it is determined that it is no longer required or within 6 months of your wedding date. 

The only person who has access to your information is the owner of Melolivia Flowers, Chair covers and Décor.

Consultation

At Melolivia Flowers, we offer numerous consultation options.


We offer evening and weekend appointments to our workshop, where you can view some of our floral designs and discuss your requirements over a cup of tea. 

If you would prefer we could discuss your requirements via phone, email message, text message, our Facebook business page or even Whats-app. Its amazing how technology works. 


The first step in designing your perfect bouquet is to choose your colour scheme. There is a vast range of colours available. If you have a sample colour, we will do our utmost to get the closest match for you. 


The next step is to choose the style and size of your bridal bouquet; whether teardrop or circular etc. Along with any other additional items you require; such as bridesmaid bouquets and buttonholes etc


Once you have decided what items you would like, we will discuss in more detail whether you want to add embellishments, such as pearls, diamante centres, glitter roses or butterfly brooches etc. 


We will then give you a personalised quote. This will have a breakdown of cost for each item. This will give you the opportunity to pick the items that best suit your budget.


On acceptance of our quote, we ask for £15 holding deposit to secure your date.

A further 50% of the order value will be due BEFORE order is started. 

Final balance (minus £15 holding deposit) will be payable upon completion and before delivery/dispatch.

Payments to us can be made via bank transfer, cash or PayPal (please note there is an additional charge for using PayPal)

We will send you photo's throughout the process.

For instance; to check the colour ratio is correct. 


When you are completely satisfied with the finished design,

we will discuss the final balance and then arrange delivery.  

Wherever possible we aim to hand deliver for free, but this purely depends on your location.
